      Pros

      I appreciate the fact that management is supportive and training is thorough. Benefits are outstanding! Lastly, this company doesn't just talk diversity they walk the talk. By far the most diverse workforce I've ever seen, top to bottom. Ethical company, best in the business training, high compensation, diverse workforce, excellent management, high expectations. Working with Freeway Insurance has been an absolute pleasure!

      Our company which continues to grow works very hard to stay ahead of the competition while keeping a small company feel. You are not just a number but a valued part of our Freeway Family. We all do our very best to take care of each other while we focus on taking care of our wonderful customers.

      Cons

      We are growing at such a fast pace that in some cases we are having a difficult time keeping up with it. If you are going to have a problem, this is a great one to have.
