Pros

-You get payed to study in front of a computer for 8 hours a day for the first 6 weeks -They pay for your license to become a personal lines broker/agent -Fun environment -Staff and management mas very cool -Commission based job If you are good with sells and have a high school diploma this may be a good career for you. It doesn't require college work or a degree.

Cons

-Competitive Brokers/co-workers - You get paid minimum wage during training -If you don't sell enough even after licensing you only get paid minimum wage

Branch Manager

Pros

The coworkers and that is it. Nothing else positive about this place.

Cons

The district manager and Vps believe they are Gods. You will work 60 hours a week. You are expected as a manager to work open to close Sunday thru Monday. You never get any holiday off unless its Christmas Day. They teach you how to be unethical.

Insurance broker

Pros

Absolutely nothing, maybe how to use FSC rater, which is pretty simple.

Cons

No values at all. Very negative atmosphere that promotes unethical business practices. The company mainly prey on Spanish speaking clientele who are not legally in the country, trying to provide insurance on Mexican licenses while charging a huge broker fee that they try to have embedded in the down payment. They pay their employees mainly minimum wage, the commission they mention will vary between $20-$150. They'll never pay more than 10% of BF( broker fee)
