Only $3 per auto policy for commission's and that is as long as that customer provides proof of NC residency, signs all documents sent to them and sends acceptable pictures of each vehicle needing comprehensive and collision coverages within 4-72 hours depending on which criteria you’re needing. If the customer doesn’t provide you with the required documentation you will not get your $3 commission! The new DM will only hire “bilingual agents” regardless of experience and treats anyone who isn’t bilingual as less than qualified. She does not provide leadership unless you are liked by her and she’s very condescending and has limited knowledge of NC insurance. Ie.. underinsured insurance 🤦‍♀️

The pay is not that great. You have to work there for at least two years to get half a week or a full week, of PTO commission is terrible. Workplace is stressful. Always giving impossible goals phones are hardly ringing barely any walk-ins most of the time it’s just people looking to make changes or payments and you’ll be lucky if you get that multiple times in a day I wouldn’t recommend this as a long time employment
