Pros

Sales and you get to help people get insurance cheaper than other places. Really great Opportunity to start gaining some great job skills. The more you sell, the more you earn. Company is really chill with hours.

Cons

It's hourly vs commision. need to keep up momentum to sell.

Disgraceful company to get dragged into

Pros

If you're in management you get a salary

Cons

Where do I begin. Take it from someone who slaved there for eight years. Do not even consider working here. They train all of the staff to lie, cheat, and steal from customers. I understand business is business but capitalizing off of people's misfortune in a big way is in no way proper business. They will have their agents try and get massive fees from working people like you and I. Most of the agents make minimum wage, and complain about their paychecks and management every two weeks. Advice for someone going into entry level management, you will get no benefits what so ever. You get no vacation time, crap medical insurance that does not even meet Obama care standards, and plan on being forced to work 9 hours a day, and every other Saturday without a day off during the week. The deceitful practices of this company make it difficult to sleep at night. You don't have to take my advice but don't say I didn't tell ya.

Pros

met a few great employees

Cons

Treated like your a worker in a 3rd world country and paid the same. Micro managers who can barely speak decent english and are uneducated. I was hired with a pool of people, half of which were educated and were good worker however they were let go for unjust reasons. Most of the employees there are so ghetto and rude and have no business etiquette at all. I thank god I moved on to a much higher paying job with a fortune 500 company.
