Pros

You get healthcare benefits, dental, vision.

Cons

Salary vs commission, you don’t get both. They have this phone score system they use that if you don’t sell every customer their additional products your score goes down and you won’t get incoming calls. Very draining job, you have to charge the customer on every transaction if not more to even hit a commission tier and what’s worse is if you don’t charge at least $200 on each policy you sell you probably won’t even get a commission anyway the company will keep all you’re hard earned deals.
