Pros

Company is a leader among it's competitors. Great work life balance. Incentive based earning plans. 401k and great medical benefits and paid holidays. Engaged leadership and training is hands and on job training for unlicensed producers to obtain licensing.

Cons

System and policy is ever-changing you must be able to adapt quickly to change. Cohesion among business entities could be an area for future improvement.

Pros

The hourly rate of $16 per hour for the location I am is decent .

Cons

You’re put into offices with other brand new employees with no boss or higher up close by in case there are any questions . No proper professional training . Commissions basically do not exist unless you sell ancillaries , & even then they commission amounts are quite low . I hate being here . I STILL don’t know what I’m doing after being here for 4 months . I have no sense of fulfillment with this job . I just come here everyday without knowing anything and they wonder why people are constantly quitting . Also our VP is extremely rude and unprofessional and picks and chooses who he fires .
