Cons
Favoritism in the work place, some people have to work hard but others get to sit in office and talk to management all night. Forced to work overtime sometimes 72 hours+ every week even though they didn't mention that when interviewing. Low pay but they work you like a slave, forklift, clamp truck and hard manual labor for very low pay. Promised a raise but employees never got one they just kept saying one was coming but it never came.
