Pros

The only pro is that it’s casual work attire. If you are desperate or need something until you find better, go for it. I warn you, this job gave me severe anxiety. However if you’ve never worked in retail but need experience in handling very difficult people/personalities this is the place to be!

Cons

Outdated equipment and furniture. Maybe they’ve cleaned the office every 10 years and that’s being generous. The benefits are the bare minimum. They pay you way less under market value. The only job growth is if someone leaves the company and the annual pay raise is laughable. Management is unprofessional and toxic group of people. There is no accountability or consideration for others. Very anti-LGBTQ+ and racist.
