Good discount benefits and uniform package

Cons

High overturn of management, limitations in internal progress i.e. unwillingness to recognise the potential when you've been in the company for years. Seemed there was favoritism towards those that the regional manager actually liked as opposed to actual work ethic. Poor pay.

Great costumer service, competative salaries, good products and encourage from coorperate to adnvance. The company allows you to advance fast if your interested and ready. If your a hard worker, your definately going to see the pay.

Poor attitude by management to staff, constant changes in staff and dificult to get along with others do to fights about sales
