      Decent benefits but no career advancement opportunities

      Pros

      Free food, Paid health, and decent work flexibility. Company is pretty transparent.

      Cons

      Company is spread into too many different focuses trying to grab a piece of the pie in every industry yet not an expert in any individual one except for maybe robotics. Many global acquisitions over the year for such a small company which has caused RIF yearly and many changes in direction. High overhead cost due to so many managers for a consulting/contracting company especially when half of the company is contracting. The biggest con is no career advancement, no tracks or paths in place for raises/promotion especially due to its financial headwinds acquisitions.

      Meta contracting firm, Free food at the Meta office Good colleagues.

      Not very helpful in work/STEM visa Pay is not that great compared to other consultancies paying for the same job.
