      The hourly rate was satisfactory.

      Cons

      Insurance below average. Technical Management very poor. Lack of support for remote workers. False sense of security. You are an expendable (contingent) worker disguised as having prefered vendor satus with large corporations. Three managers for my role and no access to the other engineers supporting my project. Equipment for CAD is low power small laptops with one large 43" Monitor and a second hand mouse with no USB receiver. No full size keyboard,
