      Cons

      If you live south of Bellevue, the commute could take a while.

      Pros

      - Inspiring, humble, hardworking leadership - Genuinely nice teams - Lots of opportunities to grow, run with your own ideas, take initiative, and encouraged to do so - Really good health benefits - Generous culture (employee events, sponsored sports teams) - Nice office environment and supplies to make working comfortable (standing desks, balance boards, ability to request different mice/keyboards/etc to make your station more ergonomic or comfortable

      Cons

      - Sometimes lack of recognition companywide. Some individuals are better at recognizing team members than others - it'd be cool to see that more widespread - Because of the startup nature, initiatives are less cohesive sometimes
