      Pros

      There is a lot of trust and respect among all of the employees, it makes for an innovative and collaborative environment. Great benefits including daily lunches, insurance premiums covered, cell phone reimbursement, fun events, etc. You can tell that the company really wants to invest in your success, there is always room for career growth in the company, and they do a good job at recognizing a job well done. The people that you work with are all super talented and kind. I look forward to see how the company will continue to succeed, innovate, and grow.

      Cons

      Not a con, but has all of the typical aspects of agency/consulting work (managing client relationships, sometimes stressful deadlines and budgets, utilization, etc.), but with that comes closer team camaraderie and daily strategic work.
