Cons

Lean company with not much fluff, make do with limited resources, but perhaps that make you work smarter and get visibility with leadership.

Cons

working on your feet 9 + hours 6 days a week with mandatory Saturdays feels like modern day slavery. Have to work full year before earning 40 hours of PTO 0.769 hours per week ( 10.4 weeks to earn 8 hours off)
