Mandated overtime all year round, 6 days a week, 10 hour days, ocassional mandated Sundays, always having payroll issues, cold, union that doesn't do anything, wait 6 months for health insurance, supervisors deny pto, strict call off policy-4 call offs in 1 year is termination, no employee benefits or activities, turnover is high, no bonuses, little PTO, supervisors will make decisions based on their mood for the day-they're not objective & there is a lot of favoritism

Owners care only about profit. Brazilian approach to managing company is terrible. They cut 401K match from 150% to 50%. They took away payouts of accrued PTO if you leave company. Drastically reduced bonuses. Working 12 hours a day SIX days a week is expected.
