Terrible management. The transportation team has no sound direction. They blame the employees instead of taking ownership of the part that they play in many issues. The directors push their management team to work many hours and the management team has little work/life balance, which translates to frustration and attitudes from being over worked.

So disorganized, no support from management, the turn over in hr is unlike I've never seen, it's a disaster. Work here if you only want to collect a check and in most cases you'll forfeit family work balance
