Weekly pay every Friday, which is great. Decent health benefits, could be a little bit better priced. Major holidays off.

Cons

Listen to employees, The perform to grow is supposed to be an opportunity to explore and actually work and cross train in other departments is a total joke. If you want to explore another department you basically have to transfer outright. Supervisors don't include your feedback and morning meetings.

Multiple cons - less salary after new management took over - no bonus, no raises - no 401k - no employee communication - no promotions - uneducated leadership
