Overall good job. Pay and benefits are minimal at best. Work and family life is non existent. Management is horrid and HR department is worse

Everything about this place is a constant. They have not caring or compassion for employees

Pros

They offer benefits, although they are not very good. Job security if you want to work every day.

Cons

You aren't able to have a life outside of working there. Working 7 days a week with 10-11 hour days. Subordinates abuse their union privileges. Nothing you can do about it. Overall morale is awful. Every from line workers to upper management is miserable.
