      autonomy is one of the pros, you aren't micromanaged in either department

      Cons

      It's a negative work culture. Leadership is removed and uninvolved at the best and at worse, something slightly more sinister. High turnover with specific few positions. Otherwise, others have been there awhile and don't mind it
