This will be a niche player in the NYC area. Their infrastructure is limited. If they want to grow, they will need a partner.

Pros

So many beneifts and great work environment. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. The management is engaged with their employees and focus on being a team. Pretty impressed with the training offered for employees.

Cons

It's cold. The plant is a steady 20-40 degrees. Other than that it's not a bad place to work.
