      Pros

      I love the company. They really do care about the employees. Even though it was a fast paced environment, I still like it.

      Cons

      Tbh there really wasn't any cons to working this position. I loved the company as a whole.

      Pros

      Management has really done a great job and career development for employees offering training and a clear path to growth in the company. Lots of employee engagement such as discounted food, monthly bbq's, and free stuff.

      Cons

      Cold. The plant is cold (35 degrees) and the hours can be long. They like to say, "we're done when we're done." Hours can vary and OT may not always be there
