Cons
Poor Management: Upper management seems disconnected from the daily challenges employees face, leading to unrealistic expectations. Shift Management: In reality their Admin staff with a bigger wage. They are not trained managers so the environment is fraught with verbal bullying, and unfair treatment. The transport department is managed via fear and intimidation. Lack of Career Growth: Few opportunities for advancement unless you have connections. Hard work is not always recognized. High Turnover: Many employees leave due to workplace stress and lack of support. This creates instability in teams. Work-Life Balance Issues: Long hours and last-minute schedule changes make it difficult to maintain a good balance.
