      Gotten better latrely, plenty of room for improvement

      Employee Store (when its open) Free parking (when it's availible) Extremely competent and helpful support staff Jackie at the front desk

      Cons

      Despite the fact the plant team makes the business possible,management and corporate give no support to them or give them any voice in planning. Corporate has parties upstairs in open area locked off from plant employees who are not allowed to intend, but they get to look up at corporate employees getting drunk like a feudal caste system. Senior management immune to disciplinary actions and are not held accountable for their poor decisions and bad leadership.

      Only the employee store, nothing else!

      Cons

      People leave bad management, not good jobs. Management here is the absolute worst. Do not even think of taking your concerns to HR, they will not keep anything you say confidential. They overwork you and will have you on the verge of having a mental breakdown. This place is not worth it, nor do management and higher ups value your sanity. RUN FAR FAR AWAY.
