Potential for growth, generous employee discount. if you decided to stick it out, eventually you'll get promoted because most people quit
Cons
toxic environment, too much gossip (from upper management). they try to recruit from ivy league schools for little pay compared to the workload. upper management has no sense of urgency and this results in constantly rushing or working late to finish projects. When things go wrong, everyone is very accusatory and will call you out on company wide emails.
