      Pros

      Small Company feel/start-up mentality. People tend to work in teams with a next person up mentality. A lot of people who work here have a go-getter mentality offering to help in many different areas that may not be their main responsibility. Its a very fast paced atmosphere so you will never get bored! Moving to a state of the art facility very soon!

      Cons

      Very fast paced, so if you do not do well with multi-tasking or juggling multiple issues at once you may be challenged or left behind! Work location once here is terrific! But not in Manhattan!

      Pros

      FreshDirect is fast-paced, engaging and fun environment to work in. There's a ton of opportunity for people who are hard workers, independent thinkers and not afraid to try new things. It has the spirit of a startup but the stability and growth potential of an established brand. The people here are friendly and the company regularly treats its employees with food, drinks and swag.

      Cons

      The only real downside is that the current corporate offices are old and in a remote part of Long Island City. That's all changing next year when the company moves to a brand new campus.

      Excellent onboarding program Great employee benefits Freedom to work in the way that I know is best for me My Manager knows how to best utilize my skills and the skills of the team Friendly environment Corporate office is beautiful Highly organized

      Cons

      I work on a team that has offices in many of our buildings and it is sometimes hard to keep track of everything that is going on.
