      Fast paced, lots going on. Striving to better service and quality. Always looking out for the customer.

      People tend to only look out for those they like. (Clique culture) Not an ideal location, there is nothing around the office

      Pros

      FreshDirect is an exciting place to learn and grow. It's very fast-paced and there's always something new going on, so if you want to learn about a lot of different aspects of the business, there's opportunity to pick up a lot of skills.

      Cons

      Because the pace is so fast, there's a lot of pressure to get things done quickly, so necessary maintenance tasks may fall behind. Work-life balance is often tough, and people tend to be rewarded for "going the extra mile" or saving the day during an emergency rather than just doing consistently great work.
