      For the most part, the employees are great to work with.

      Although the employee's do not pay a significant amount towards the benefit plan, the benefits themselves leave a lot to be desired.

      This company allows one to travel to a lot of interesting places, meet a lot of fascinating people and if one is not working in one-man city routes, it allows one a sense of independence and freedom.

      Cons

      This company offers delivery employees extremely poor salary and benefits package, inadequate training on safety procedures and supplies their personal with dangerous vehicles and delivery equipment. There is no due diligence at the field management level and managers have a tendency to intimidate employees.
