      time off and flexible schedules. Lots of fun.

      Cons

      Management does not reward high performers. While they try to improve employee morale with lots of events and activities, that alone doesn't inspire excellence.

      1) below average salary and benefits 2) poor review process 3) unclear career advancement 4) expectations are very high, but good performance is not fairly recognized
