      - 50% discount on some products. - That’s it.

      Cons

      - I didn’t see a single person who seemed happy to be working here. - Many employees constantly look for reasons not to work. - The tech team is highly mediocre and doesn’t seem to know how to communicate effectively. - Some members of the old management from before the Getir buyout seem to have no idea where the current tech stands or where it is going. - The environment is toxic. - Many people compete to be the most dominant or perceived leader in the room, or to get promoted, instead of genuinely building something high-quality and worthwhile.
