      Interesting place but struggling

      Pros

      Interesting business with some strong employees Good product offering

      Cons

      Poor communication between departments Not scalable at least in it's current form. A lot of back end processes need improvement Not well controlled. Senior Management is mixed, a lot of the problems of scalability and inefficiency should be addressed but aren't prioritized. Merchandizing and the plant operations are always at odds and pointing the finger at each other and the transportation side of the business is a disaster. While it's a good business to be in I don't think the Company can streamline and scale processes effectively to make it really profitable.

      Worst company ever

      There are no pros for this company

      The shifts are sometimes 10 or 11 hours long ... i been working in warehouses for 12 years and you should not be working as hard as they push you for almost 12 hours . They butter you up in orientation and once you start your first day you see the bull crap that comes with the job. The training was so unprofessional. They dont let you leave when your suppose too. They dont supply you uniform to work in the shipping department. For $15.25 a hour you can be doing something else .

      Tips, pently of work! Lott's of hours, pray you get paid! Work without boss on your back.

      Treat driver's terrible.......... Some routes ridiculous, .......... Schedule is joke, Management horrible
