Pros
Discounts on Food (but no longer as low of a price point in the new facility). It USED to have all their processes in order, that even if your manager was toxic, the business could still function. Now...
Cons
The move has highlighted the terrible service it now delivers(search on Twitter) all because the internal mechanisms were dysfunctional. Testing was not properly executed and management failed to anticipate/address disaster scenarios. Forced to fake positive energy for the sake of not making anyone feel uncomfortable or look bad. Terrible benefits;no matching 401(k) but it requires a majority of employees to participate in order to so, and the hourly staff cannot afford to save with their low wages.
