      Pros

      The environment is great. The team is great. They have a very cooperative environment. The Chief Consumer Officer seems nice.

      Cons

      The salary is not that high. The old office is kind of crowded but the new office Profoods seems better.

      I don't find any pros in this company

      Cons

      A lot of work, hard labor, lack of acknowledge. Steal your pay, no vacation unless you earn it with PTO, horrible structure and no consideration for employees, lack of compassion towards employees they treat workers with bribe "pizza or holiday parties" to keep them brainwashed, HORRIBLE!

      Pros

      This company allows one to travel to a lot of interesting places, meet a lot of fascinating people and if one is not working in one-man city routes, it allows one a sense of independence and freedom.

      Cons

      This company offers delivery employees extremely poor salary and benefits package, inadequate training on safety procedures and supplies their personal with dangerous vehicles and delivery equipment. There is no due diligence at the field management level and managers have a tendency to intimidate employees.
