      Racism, favoritism, managers and supervisor did not are training in diversity, machism, mysoginia

      Machism, mysoginia, favoritism, managers and supervisors are not trained well how to handle diversity, bakery supervisor meet and drink some weekends with some associates and for that reason he have favoritism with them.
