Pros

Decent pay, trucks like new, fellow drivers all friendly

Cons

Management not complete, therefore other depth managers take over but don't know what they doing. Like how to talk to their employees. Drive Cam is a pain in the you know where and any little thing they make a big deal out of it

Pros

For the hourly employees, the company is high paying for the market. The benefits are top notch for the food industry. Show up to work, do your job, and do not complain - you'll have a job forever. The management team is a good group to work beside. They are passionate about the company.

Cons

It's not necessarily a fault of the company - more so the local produce industry, but any job at Freshpoint is very demanding. It's seven days a week/24 hours a day for managers and sales. The ops staff team has little time to rest outside of work let alone spend time with family. Over servicing the customer rules everything making cost control a challenge and leads to high turnover due to burnout.
