We value feedback from current and former employees. As a business we have brought our starting salary wages up and in line with other local businesses. Our site offers a safe and clean work environment making catheters and other medical devices. Our management team has made great strides to be on the floor working alongside the employees in order to help implement lean manufacturing improvements. Improved communication and action plans are now in place to make the work we do here smarter and not harder.
