      Great temp job for someone looking for work

      Cons

      Political management chain. Very bias towards workers. No A/C no Heat. Heavy body Wear and tear from bad ergonomic actions throughout production, High stress environment, yields are pushed over employee mental stability. Major difference in pay between bonuses & pay differentials.

      pay is decent for some positions good pto and health benefits

      some management/supervisors get away with treating their employees without respect and HR is not aware. 360 reviews could be helpful and/or assurance that HR is a safe place to go.
