Pros are you work alone on most days with no one bothering you and you get paid every week

Cons

Leadership is lacking in every since of the word and you have to work all holidays with zero incentive.

I guess benefits and having a check coming in every week.

Cons

Early rise is awful, having to be at the warehouse at 3 am was horrible, the job is physical, you work from 10 to 12 hours a day, no work -life balance, don't let anybody tell you that this is a sale job, because is not, your are just a driver and a merchandizer doing 2 jobs for the price of one, do not recommended to anyone, unless you like to work for12 hours a day, under any weather and be down on your knees for long periods of time and work at 3 a.m. if you like all that this is the job for you.
