Pros

Great pay, pension plan, if you work fast and if you have a good route you can finish early (I sometimes worked 6 hours in 1 day… other routes had me working 10-12 hours so it depends)

Cons

If you don’t have you’re own route, and you’re a relief rep, you will have a different schedule every week and can be sent to rural areas of your province
