Pros

Make your own hours once you get the hang of work load. Meet different people.

Cons

Long work hours, senior workers take advantage of new hires by making them do most of the work on routes. Use to be great pay checks until they changed the pay structure. Start extra early in the day and no back to back off days.

Pros

Pay is decent, if you have a small depot the work enviornment is pretty calm and relaxed. Not a lot of stress as long as you do your job properly. Very little direct supervision.

Cons

Structure changes constantly. Pay, while decent can be unsteady and fluxuate from month to month. Long hours with little overtime reward.
