I worked there 6 years and received 1 raise for 30 cent. You had to pick your vacation in December for the next year. Changed my days off and hours whenever they felt like it. Worked every holiday. No advancement. Even with my degree. But they would hire a kid straight out of college who's never had the experience. Told me I took a different route and would have to move into a swing route salesmen position and then get my own route. Store managers treat you like crap. PepsiCo doesn't value there employees.
