Pay was good and it was weekly.
Cons
As a part timer there are no benefits; that includes no off days for a year, and you are allowed limited overtime even when they need the help. There are no opportunities for advancement because everyone who has a full time job outbids you for each and every job posted making you stuck. Management is very racist you can only get promoted if you have no color if you do they will waste your time with the interview and give it to someone else. that includes maintenance positions (the highest paid hourly position) if you are not white qualifications and knowledge will not get you the job. The managers make sure there is no type of advancement once your hired as an hourly wage worker you can never be anything more.
