Pros

You get payed really nice for a summer job. You aren’t micro managed by any managers. Unless you are doing a terrible job and not hitting quota. You’re not stuck in the same place for 8 hours

Cons

No work life balance. Have to always work a minimum of one day on the weekend. Long hours sometimes. Had multiple 12 hour days
