Pros

Pay is the only thing good here

Cons

I worked there for more than 4 years, pay and work restructuring twice, always benefitted the bottom line. Unless you get hired into management expect to get treated like you are easily replaceable. Used to get paid for what you sold, now they have a sales plan that is usually unreachable without overselling your accounts. Prepare to be managed by children, hardly out of college. If you question management, they will retaliate by not helping you meet sales plan, and/or trying to get you in trouble. My wife was sick, I was with her at the hospital and two supervisors ran my route, looking for something wrong to discipline me. They do not care about people. One time they adjusted my sales plan after the period was over. The effect was I did not make plan, and lost a $2,000 bonus, they said it was my fault for not making sure the plan was correct. . They wont follow through when you ask for help, so you have to babysit your supervisor. I could go on but what is the point. Unless you are desperate, keep looking, the money is not worth the misery.

Pros

Health benefits are pretty good

Cons

Geolocation time card tracking make it feel like big brother is always watching. They cycle through horrible campus hire interns turned managers, so there is always some new inexperienced person trying to make an impact but they usually burnout. They don’t hire within, they pretend they do but look around and realize everyone has been in their position for years or decades. They used to have managers for each department sales, deliveries, warehouse, merchandisers etc. but now they manage for different districts and it’s a nightmare for everyone. Your manager won’t help you because they won’t know how. They aren’t familiar with the handheld, DOT regulations, merchandise process, it’s impossible to know it all. So they usually lie a lot, I don’t blame them but it’s a mess. This job is a boring dystopia.
