Pros

Nothing. Pay isn’t good unless your plan is low enough to make any money. Benefits maybe a little ok but you can basically get same thing other places.

Cons

Pretty much everything. You get zero help. Work yourself to death and they complain if you take a sick day. Only get. 5 single days but nobody to cover you.

Pros

Pay is definitely decent considering you’re getting 65-70 a year walking in off street. They try to treat you with respect

Cons

Poor communication. very inexperienced management. Pushy progressive ideals which I’m not opposed to but they cater to wokeness.

Pros

You get experience when your an RSA

Cons

Run” Makes it sound so great to become an RSA states great pay, benefits, bonus, true up. Sets the goals so high can’t make it and then pays In advance then takes it back out of your check. If an employee hits goal it’s comes out of their bonus and they won’t let that happen. No air in their trucks and they don’t care. Writes you up if your hurt and says it’s your fault. Or pass out from heat they write you up. Not a good family caring company. Run
