Two double time days, 3 twelve hour shifts and a 6 hr half day = 3 and a half days off each week.

Cons

Poor 401k match No bonuses Very few perks outside of standard pay

Poor management team, un experienced leaders, management only really cares about how they look to the next person above them.

Great Pay, but you are a Slave

The pay is excellent and the benefits are good.

Cons

The work/life balance is terrible. Management will force you to work scheduled days off while taking a 3 day weekend every week. You will be treated as if Pepsi-Co and Frito-Lay own you.
