Old , outdated policy’s and equipment , performance pay for front line is a complete “SHAM” good luck understanding your pay or anybody else to either ( including HR department ) , this job will break you down mentally and physically... Management is clueless

Plan to work VERY hard. The company's business is seasonal so you will work especially long hours in the summer and around holidays. The company distributes pay increases disproportionately to "high" performers. If you are one of the chosen few your pay will increase rapidly but average to just good performers often receive below market increases. Worst of all, this company undergoes layoffs and restructurings almost every year so your job is never safe even though the company is doing well.
