Free chips that’s damaged and that’s about it

Cons

Schedule no weekends and constant changing of rules to benefit management and no communication from top level they all blame each other

Good environment . Good management . Over time if you want it. Easy to move positions. Easy to get along with others. Floating holiday policy if chosen.

Cons

Attentance Point system could use work... Forced in early 4 hours or forced over 4 hours. Don't always get your days off.
