Pros

Benefits are really affordable and the company covers a lot. You can attend school for them for free but you must work with the company 6 months before, during your 2 years of school, and one year after.

Cons

There's a lot of lazy people here who get away with a lot. You'll be putting a lot of mileage on your car and you're guaranteed to work every holiday and most weekends. They make excuses for slower employees but when they see you can do your job, you'll be stuck doing these peoples jobs too. You have to set a hard boundary with them or they'll suck you dry. Even if you go into the office to complain about an issue, It NEVER gets addressed.

Not worth it

Pros

Pay is decent, but not worth the 70-80 hour weeks your about to work.

Cons

Zero work life balance. You will work all day and all night, your phone will go off at all hours and you’ll be forced to work your employees jobs when they all call out sick. Management will make it your fault, if you complain you’ll just take yourself off the list for promotions.
