Medical insurance 3 years ago went from 90/10 to 80/20 medical ill burden. Also increased out of pocket cost. Last year increased med insurance premium by an additional $100 a year. 2019 pension plan changed to reduce pension payments even further on top of what was already reduced if one chooses to retire before social security retirement age. Bonus plan is termed as GPA. every year GPA plan parameters get changed to reduce bonuses paid out. There is a lot forced overtime. Forced overtime due to manpower numbers intentionally kept below what is suppose to be in place for cost savings. In GPA plan removed the inclusion of overtime to be factored in with GPA payments. Management does not even care about human factors. Good example of human factors that are ignored at Frito lay is read the document "Human Factors, The Dirty Dozen." All this has taken place while Pepsico, which owns Frito lay, has continued to increase profits, market share, and project expansion. Frito lay is the money maker for Pepsico. 47% operating profit is contributed to Pepsico.

Treated like a number, not important, worked for Frito Lay for 23 yrs , upper Management didn’t care less if I actually resigned ! So I did . Unfortunately Frito- Lay gets a failing score !
