Pros
Little to recommend a business that has so little regard for staff and so little ability to execute upon its plans.
Cons
Not much to add to the comment above as it sums up the position quite straightforwardly. Too little time spent by Management considering the real world rather than abstract ideas of what the business would like to do. Far too little recognition of the very real issues operationally within the business and still less time spent addressing them.
